So, it’s almost that time again. Almost time for the madness of Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and all of the shopping before Christmas. Sometimes it can be hard to figure out what exactly it is that you want to get, either for yourself, or someone on your “nice” list this year. So we will try and help you out with some products that we think are worth your time to check out for that shopping list, as well as how to get the most out of shopping with us.
Free Returns & Exchanges
If you don’t like something or it doesn’t fit, you can mail it back to us and we will get you set up with something new at our cost. We want to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their shopping experience with us.
The photo above is a shot of the footer of our website. Just click on the ‘Returns & Exchanges form’ button and go through the process of setting up your return shipment. It’s crazy easy. You’ll be prompted to put in your order information and you just select which item(s) you’d like to exchange and a label will be created at the end. So make sure you are somewhere where you can print the label. Then all you have to do is mail it back to us and we will get you squared away with whatever you request as soon as we receive it at our warehouse.
We offer free shipping with all orders over $75! So if you have a couple people you’re holiday shopping for, then this threshold is easy to surpass. We use standard service shipping for the free shipping, so if you are on a time-sensitive schedule, it would be wise to choose our priority shipping to get your items quicker. There’s no code needed to activate the free shipping and we work around the clock to make sure your orders go out the very next business day. You will receive a tracking email as soon as the package is getting prepped for shipment.
Oh the dreaded, “What do you want for Christmas this year?” Even if you respond with ‘Routine’, that really doesn’t help out people looking for gift ideas. Our wishlist feature solves all those issues. Just create an account and go shopping! On each product page you will see the little flame emoji that represents our wishlist feature. Select your size and add it to your list. When you’re done, you can share the list via Facebook, Twitter, or you can email it! The best part is that whoever is on the receiving end of the list can add those items (size and all) right from your wishlist page! Clutch! Oh, and every Wednesday until the week before Christmas, we will be choosing a random Wishlist to fulfill and send out. We dub this, “Wishlist Wednesday’s”. It’s lit and will take place on our social media accounts (@routinebaseball).
All of our tees have an athletic cut, but run pretty true to size. If there’s an item that we carry that has a unique fit, we’ll explain that in “The Fit” section of the product page (see below). This will help you to know how an item’s size runs. Pretty important when shopping online, so we try to help out there as much as possible. We also have a filter option on the side of the page where you can narrow down products by what position someone plays. So if you’re shopping for a pitcher, you can narrow down products to pitcher related items. Also, a solid way to narrow down the options!
Still unsure as to what to get? No worries. We also offer two different gift cards: One is the electronic gift card, which is a digital gift certificate that gets emailed to you – to be printed off or forwarded to the recipient. The benefit of this is that there is no shipping, so you get the gift card shortly after purchase.
